Please note that this is a snack service as part of the county-wide Summer Meals program. Food is incredibly important for a developing child or teen, and yet over 20,000 children in Clark County are considered food insecure (they do not know when or where their next meal is coming from). Research shows that receiving free or reduced-price meals reduces food insecurity, obesity rates, and poor health in children. Summer Meals is a federally funded, state-administered program that reimburses providers who serve free healthy meals to children & teens when school is not in session. The goal of the program is to give all children 18 and under access to nutritious meals in low-income areas while they do not have access to free/reduced school meals. All site locations, addresses, dates and times will be listed here.

Coptic bookbinding is a method that sews multiple sections of paper together with a chain link. The paper and the stitch is visible in the spine and without a traditional spine it allows the book to lay flat when working in it. This makes it a great book for memories, journaling, or even as a spell book. In this class you will learn all of the steps to create a book and you will leave with a finished book. If you have special paper that you want to use to create your book, please feel free to bring it! Grab your spot here~https://vampireunicorns.xyz/pro.../coptic-bookbinding-class/

Leave Your Troubles at The Door is a completely improvised stand-up comedy showcase where the audience's anonymously submitted problems help create the topics of jokes that comedians riff on stage. Audience members write their problems / troubles down on pieces of paper, put them in a box before the show and then many of the best comedians from the Pacific Northwest and beyond take on those issues using their on-the-spot jokes. You can STAY anonymous, too. It's a rare comedy show where instead of the comedians joking about their problems, they joke about yours! You're more than likely to walk away from the show feeling at least slightly better about your problems. Just leave 'em at the door. This month features Julia Corral (Kickstand's Comedy in The Park, Helium Comedy Club), Jarrel Newsome (Off The Page) and Katie Shook (Roast Battle PDX). Hosted by Chris Hudson. Visit @leaveyourtroubles on Instagram for more info!

Remote viewing is often described as seeing or sensing a person, place, event, or object without being physically present. In this hands-on workshop participants will explore remote viewing as it relates to clairvoyance and energetic awareness. Our resident crystal expert and best selling author, Karen Frazier is back to share her knowledge and guide us in this extraordinary journey. Tools for Evolution are wearable crystals that combine the energy of sacred geometry with the healing power of crystals. They’re powerful tools that can help spur growth, spark healing, clear blockages, and bring important energies into your life. Discover the meaning of the different types of tools, how to choose them, how to cleanse them, and how to use them. The right tool always chooses you, so be prepared to tune into your intuition. After the brief class, Karen will provide intuitively guided tool matching for everyone who is interested in inviting this evolutionary energy into their lives as well as cleansing each tool. Open Saturdays: 9am - 2pm! The Battle Ground Farmers Market is the city’s first indoor farmers market — a unique gathering place where community, creativity, and commerce come together, rain or shine. Located in the heart of historic downtown Battle Ground, our market is more than a place to shop; it’s part of a growing movement to invigorate the city by connecting people with local food, handcrafted goods, and one another. By bringing makers and customers together in a welcoming indoor space, the market offers a reliable and comfortable environment for all seasons. No more worrying about weather — just fresh produce, artisan creations, delicious baked goods, and a vibrant atmosphere every week. You’ll find many of the region’s favorite local growers, bakers, artists, and small business owners gathered under one roof. Whether you’re here to stock up on weekly essentials or discover something new and handmade, the Battle Ground Farmers Market is your new community destination.
